After you decide on an apartment, and we confirm availability, we will provide you with
a rental agreement written in English. Rental agreement-
Apartment Features- All Tokyo Rent apartments feature heating and air conditioning, comfortable lighting, either hardwood floors or carpeting, private bathrooms, kitchens, space for a washing machine, and internet connection capability. Furnishings- Optional furnishings include a refrigerator, television, washing machine, bed/mattress, curtains, microwave oven/toaster, dining table and chairs for a small additional monthly charge. The actual charge will vary based on what furnishings you require, but typically runs from 8,000 to 10,000 yen/month. Utilities- For most apartments, utility charges (gas, water, electricity, internet service) are the responsibility of the tenant based on actual usage. For the convenience of our tenants, Tokyo Rent assists in making the arrangements with the utility suppliers. |
