Tokyo Apartment and Office Center specializes in budget priced
apartments and SOHO units in the Greater Tokyo metropolitan area. If you
need an apartment for 80,000 yen or less per month, chances are we will
have exactly what you need. We are constantly adding new buildings and
locations.
We are not a real estate agent and never charge our applicants a fee
for showing our apartments for rent. We directly own and operate the
majority of the Tokyo apartments we manage, so you don't have to pay
key money, expensive agency fees, and in most cases you don't have to
provide a guarantor.
You will appreciate the fact that majority of our tenants are from
overseas, and enjoy doing business with us in English, Japanese or Estonian.
All our apartments feature heating and air conditioning,
comfortable lighting, either hardwood floors or carpeting, private
bathrooms, kitchens, and internet
connection capability. Optional furnishings include a television,
washing machine, bed/mattress, curtains, microwave oven/toaster, dining
table and chairs for a small additional monthly charge.
